Amazing service and great icecream and desserts!

As someone who usually doesn't prefer chain restaurants, ice cream was as expected but giving 5 stars for the service. We had a young boy serving us and he was so patient, kind and took care making our ice creams. We appreciated it greatly!

Shout out to the guys that closed 7/27/25! You guys were amazing and real troopers taking care of the 15 people that rushed you at 10 minutes to close. Thank you for the great service! I had the realization that I had the same treat, Sweet Cream and Raspberries, almost 38 years later when I first visited your location on Montrose Blvd in Houston, Texas!

Fantastic service! I had never been here before, but the staff was very cordial in their assistance of my choice. Went here for a date with my girlfriend and ironically some of our favorite genres of music were being played.

There’s rat turds in the cones. So the last few times I was here the service is lacking hugely. There’s people in the back, nobody up front, and I’m waiting for 2-20 minutes for attention. There’s people last straw for me though. The last time I was there (side note, I always order to-go) there was a rat/mouse turd in my cone. I always have them pack the ice cream and cone separately so I don’t come home with a soggy cone and melted ice cream so I was immediately able to see it and avoid it. Which makes perfect sense since every time I’m there the cones are just sitting out on the counter, and I was trying to convince myself they put everything away every night. Be careful there. It may be a chain, it may be great, but it’s run by children who don’t get paid enough to care about the little
