Marco's Pizza

Absolutely horrible!! Food=Horrible, Customer Service=Horrible! I ordered a steak and cheese. I got it and it came with absolutely NO meat on it. If it were me, I would be embarrassed to even serve something like this to one of my customers. I called in to file a complaint and spoke with the manager on duty and I was told “oh well that’s just Marco’s protocol now. We measure everything out”. UNREAL! I will never be going back!! Sadly, we used to love this place, but it has gone to crap!! Never again!!

Originally planned to order a small cheese pizza and 10 traditional buffalo wings. Worker was nice enough to tell us it would be cheaper through a deal to upgrade to a medium pizza so I appreciated that. The pizza and wings were light and did not make me feel fat! I definitely enjoyed both items. The place itself could use a little cleaning, but it isn’t really built for dine in service so you can’t complain too much. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the food and will be back for more!

The pizza is good. My only complaint is that it took about 8 minutes before anyone acknowledged me about my order, even though employees were working and could see me. Once I was helped, everything else was fine

Imagine having a movie night planned with your family and this is how your pizza shows up. Of course the MANAGER denied any responsibility and put it on us saying “You ate the pizza” when it was clearly dropped. I had to drive up there because the manager has terrible customer service skills. He was so scared to speak or offer any solutions, I had to ask for a refund in the end because he offered no resolution.

The only complaint it took me 8 minutes before anybody saw me about my order. Everyone was making pizza they saw me. The pizza is good.
