Marco's Pizza

Pizza is good as always. The service was scary bad. My pizza was ready but I was waiting even though there wasn’t a line. A worker was on a personal call at the desk. A lot of people In the back making pizza and talking crap and using profanity in front of customers. No one seemed I nterested in helping me get the pizza. The manager was verbally abusing a staff member in front of customers and workers. There were all kinds of people waiting and lots of orders sitting there. I wonder if those other guys orders were done with no one giving them their food. Pizza was great. Customer service was pretty terrible. Like “you got to see it to believe it” bad. If they just fixed the customer engagement to wear it felt less hostile plus a more uplifting atmosphere it would be 10/10. I really hope th

Put in a pretty big order today and the staff there took several phone calls for all the questions I had. Incredibly helpful. They also put some coupons on there for me that dropped my price by about $25. I didn't ask or even know they could do that he just did it to help me out. Genuinely great people. Thats not even to mention how awesome the food always is too.

I always order Marco’s pizza for my leadership meetings and it’s always a hit. Whether we order for pick up or delivery, it is always on time and delicious! I recommend it to everyone I know! Plus with the deals you get online it comes out pretty close to what you would pay at Little Caesar’s but 10x the quality.

Don't expect your order to be ready on time, it'll be at least 30 minutes late. Also when I complained online about the employee walking off and not helping me when I showed up the second time to pick up my pizza the owner said he reviewed the video and indicated I was lying . Did your video show you that your employee looked stoned out of his gourd and just walked off without acknowledging a customer walking in the door? Better watch it again or change your camera angle. To top it off they got my order wrong. Great way to run a business with the complete lack of customer service. If you want your order on time go to Papa John's.
