Marco's Pizza

We ordered an XL pepperoni pizza and were really disappointed - almost no cheese, tons of crust and super greasy. We called for a replacement - which they agreed to - but the replacement pizza was still super wet and greasy. Sadly I do not recommend and will likely not return.

Marco’s on Jimmie Davis in Bossier City has gone downhill. Used to be good. The past few times the pizza has been more crust than pizza. Most recently ordered on 2/5/26 and got there 5 min after it was supposed to be ready and sat for 20 min waiting for the one guy working to acknowledge me (there were 2 other customers who had been waiting for a while on their orders and one said he was never ordering from here again ). This employee guy was pacing around the kitchen area looking really flustered. Come to find out he said he had been working by himself for 4 days. Very unacceptable and shame on the owners! They should be in there helping if they have one employee working. I finally got my pizza which I think had been sitting back in the kitchen counter for sometime because I never saw the

The pizza is amazing. The workers (or worker) is doing their very best. The management of this place sucks. Countless times I’ve had late delivery orders, only to go up there and find a single worker trying to juggle the entire store by themselves. It’s sad to see, and is probably the reason of the insane turnover of employees. I don’t see this place staying open much longer unless there is a change in management. Once again, the employees are doing amazing considering their lack of support.

I've ordered from Marcos several times before and have only had one issue prior to this delivery. This was the worst pizza I've gotten from anywhere ever. Extremely disappointed with my order and will never be ordering from there again.

Unhygienic. I would like their staff to keep their nails short and use gloves for making their pizzas. I saw them using bare hands while putting toppings and the guy had long dirty nails. My pizza was really good but I don't think I'm coming back again because of what I saw them doing. Other than that, Marcos pizza is awesome! I love their pizzas
