Marco's Pizza

Over a hour and a half since order paid. Gave food to 3rd party delivery service without authorization. Driver stole order. Management disconnecting calls in the middle of conversation. Highly unprofessional. Do not recommend. Pizza is decent but if I can’t trust you with my money then why do business. Ran by flunkys !!!!!!!

Ordered through door dash, and after waiting an unreasonable amount of time bc the restaurant requested more time, I got something I didn't order. I checked my receipt to make sure it wasn't a mixup and the pizza was just incorrect. it was supposed to be a plain pepperoni and it had what tasted like honey on it. I called and was placed on hold for over 5 minutes before I just hung up.

Great pizza. One of my favorite chain pizzas. But I'll order ahead and almost every time, you get there and they ignore you for 5-10 minutes. They see you, but they just ignore you. I get it, they're busy. But 5-10 minutes of not even being acknowledged on a regular basis makes me want to try other places.

Received a burnt sub with hardly any meat. Never again. Ordered extra cheese and barely got any cheese on my pizza either. Wished I used door dash they would have gave me some of my money back 😕

I've been coming here for many years. And the truth is, I've always ordered my food here, but now they refused to make my pizza with only 40 minutes left until closing. I'm really disappointed by this.
