Marco's Pizza

I tried calling in my order but couldn’t place an order that way because they NEVER EVER answer their phones. I therefore ordered online, but stayed on hold because I wanted extra cheese but couldn’t online. After 15 minutes of holding, I decided to just drive there. 2 people were working behind the counter with headphones, despite I was still on hold. Frustrating and disappointing, because I like their pizza best but their service is just constantly disappointing so I’ll have to settle for less if I want the service and ability to get the pie I want.

Ordered off the online Marcos I chose the delivery, and this happened to me.Not once , but twice where my food never arrived. After calling the tourney location in garfield heights , I was told that my order must have been stolen from the delivery driver. And they don't have an explanation other than that. I never got my food and had to wait 3 days for a refund. I reached out and still received no call from a manager or higher up. Un acceptable for a business

I ordered online, got a message that it was ready. When I arrive at the store there was no cashier. The guy preparing the food ignored me for 15 minutes not acknowledging me at all, headphones on dreads all the way down to his stomach close to the food prep table. After 15 minutes of my 30 minute break I fanned him and asked if I could pick up my order, He replied he was busy and I had to wait'! I had already been there for 15 minutes, I was the only one in the store. I watched him change gloves 3 times, he made 2 pizza, a steak sandwich, and pepperoni cheese bread. How long was a standing customer supposed to wait. When he ignored me I just left without paying or getting my food. Tonight I learned about the Marco's Pizza Experience! It's a wonderful evening spent placing an order, get charged money, and a DoorDash driver handing you cold and rubbery pizza a full hour after the original delivery time. But that's not all the Marco's Pizza Experience includes! You ALSO get to be on hold for eighteen minutes before being hung up on. You ALSO get to explain to your toddler that daddy didn't mean to lie about us having pizza tonight while hurriedly scraping together a dinner. By far the best part of the Marco's Pizza Experience is alternately wondering if the place burned down or if it's just horribly mismanaged. I heartily recommend Marco's Pizza in Garfield Heights to anyone who enjoys hunger, frustration, and the sneaking suspicion that you've been defrauded.

I already submitted a response for their online review, but I need to submit one here as well. This restaurant is ridiculous! I ordered a Deluxe Pizza with only chicken, no red meat, i.e. pork or beef (pork is red meat for all you "the other white meat" individuals), so why did I receive a chicken and cheese pizza instead? No vegetables whatsoever! AND they charged me the Deluxe Pizza price! When I told them the order was wrong, the girl who took the order said she didn't hear me say Deluxe. Ok, then why is my pizza in a Deluxe box? Sheesh! On top of that.....the guy who was playing the music for the restaurant was playing Trapp, Gangster, Crapp music! All the content was explicit! What if I would have brought my children in there? Are these people serious? Lesson learned. I'll NEVER go ba
