Marco's Pizza

Everytime I place an order at this location I always ask for my pizza to be “well done” and it’s made perfect just how I like it. Last night this is what I received after asking for well done. My mistake for not checking it until I arrived home. I opened the box and this is what I saw. I called the store back very upset and Chris rudely told me that I asked for a “crispy black” pizza which was not true at all. He yelled at me over the phone and it was even worse when I went back to return the pizza. He yelled and screamed at me as if he was scolding his little child. When he refunded my money back he told me to have a good night very sarcastically. I was very upset because this was for my daughter’s 12th birthday dinner that she was looking forward to having. #crushed

While waiting for my order I saw a worker come in from outside and went into prep area. He started to work boxing up orders without washing his hands or putting on gloves. Very unsanitary!! One of the orders was mind. I told the cashier what the young man had done and told her to tell him. I took my order but told her I would not eat it. I threw it in a trash can at a service station where I stopped to get gas. I ordered a pizza and wings. A complete waste of my money. I should have asked to speak to the manager unless this guy is the manager. Heaven forbid. I will never go there again and will tell others about this nasty experience.

Ordered online for pickup. My first visit off someone's recommendation and it was great.Good parking . Better than dominos, Pizza Hut, little Caesars. Surprised me I will go more often.

Atmosphere is not very good welcoming. The young man as the manager seemed as if he’d had a long day! When you say hello you hear crickets just as well as a elling them to have a good day.

Pizza is always good here!!!!! Haven’t had a bad experience yet. My favorite pizza place in the Lovejoy area!!
