Marco's Pizza

My first time here. Excellent service. I bought two large ones. The vegetarian one was delicious, with plenty of cheese 😋 The pepperoni one was a little greasy for my taste. But I think I'll come back next time I'm in the area.

Where do I even begin… Ordered online so that no-one could mess up the order on the phone (due to past experience). I entered the store and there was a distinctly strong marijuana smell inside. The staff were openly discussing “smoking” while I was waiting. One of the employees took a personal call to discuss a “delivery” to the back door. Given the time of the evening I would imagine this wasn’t for pizza making ingredients 🙄. Back to the pizza - I ordered the pizza well done because I have had issues here before with undercooked pizza making us unwell. Surprise surprise - I got an undercooked pizza and we are all unwell the next day. I however blame myself for this, I should know by now not to come to this location because of how bad it is. Not my first time to pick up a pizza from Marco’s on Cantrell Rd, but it was my best experience. Cordell and Jackson (it was actually his 3rd day on the job) were super friendly and customer focused. My large deluxe pizza was cheesy and loaded with fresh toppings, and was ready as promised. Due to a mix-up, they were left with an extra order of cinnamon squares, which they offered to me without charge. Thanks Cordell and Jackson for a delicious pizza, for the $3 off coupon, and for making the experience a pleasant, memorable one!

We were excited to see a pizza place closer to home. Unfortunately, we've only had one or two decent pizzas out of ten from this location. This will be our last visit! The pizza was awful!

When I arrived, there were no employees present for approximately five minutes. After waiting, I called the store’s phone in hopes of getting assistance. The phone rang for over a minute before an employee finally came out and informed me she had been in the restroom and that she was the only person working. After paying and returning to my vehicle, I checked our order and found that it was incorrect. I went back inside, but again no employee was present, and after waiting an additional two minutes, I chose to call the store. I requested that the order be remade, and the employee agreed but told me I would need to bring the incorrect food back so they could “pass it out to other customers.” I questioned this, as the food had already left the premises, passed through my hands, and could h
