Marco's Pizza

I ordered the chicken fresco pizza from this location and my dough was straight RAW!!!! When I called this location the claimed that my name wasn’t in the system for the order and it might be the store in McDonough. The man told me I would have to go through DoorDash to get my refund anyways. When I looked at door dash it was definitely this location!!!!! When I called back 3 minutes later a female picked up and had a attitude from the straight go and I could hear him in the background . She claimed that my order was not in the system as well and caught an attitude. Overall this location is sorry and has bad customer service!!!! (Not to mention my order was wrong anyways)

Food was hot and ready when I arrived wasn't too sure how to alert the clerk that I was on the curb to pickup the pizza when I arrived. As the link, was there then I couldn't find it. My first time trying. Wasn't a long line so I went in and grabbed my order. Was a nice atmosphere, location was busy but everyone was nice. I will order again as the 2 topping special was great for me and my guests. Everyone enjoyed the pizza.

My time here was average, nothing to write home about. Because they weren't too busy, I was able to place an order quickly. The wait was estimated to be about 15 minutes, and it was. The pizza was just okay; I've had better.

Marcos pizza will always be the best pizza ever but the biggest thing for me was the customer service the person who took my order was beyond nice to me and then when I went and got the pizza the gentlemen there was also very nice

Dear Marco’s Customer Support, I am writing to formally raise a concern about the service I received from the Marco’s Pizza location at 5000 Bill Gardner Parkway, Locust Grove, GA on 9/22/25 @ 8:45pm. I placed an online order for a pizza and specifically selected white sauce. When my order arrived, it was incorrect, the pizza had red sauce on it. I immediately called the store and explained the issue. Unfortunately, the representative who answered the phone was rude and dismissive. She told me “nothing could be done” and insisted I had placed the order wrong. She further stated that because I “didn’t select ‘no’ on base sauce,” both sauces were added. This explanation is unreasonable. The website workflow clearly instructs customers to choose one option for sauce, not both. Why would a
