Marco's Pizza

I visited this location on Friday 1/30. I ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza with xtra cheese and sauce. This is what I got an under cooked pizza, cheese not melted, dough undercooked, with a whole bottle of BBQ sauce on it. When I called, I was told we can remake it or refund your money pick one. The manager would not tell me his name, and they have still not refunded me my money. I will NEVER EVER go to this pizza chain again.

Used to be much better, but they're obviously shrinkflationing now, or the workers just don't care. Customer service is still good at the window. There are boxes stacked everywhere inside, so I'm not sure if it's even open.

The pizzas are generally good but the quantity of the toppings never meets what the photos indicate. More often than not the toppings are skimpy. The other issue, it appears no one knows how to cut a pizza. The slices are generally odd sized and off center almost as if someone is cutting the pizza with their eyes closed. So you end up trying to re-cut the pizza to normal servable sizes.

Did the standard pepperoni Pizza walk in. It took roughly 10-12 minutes to cook the pizza. The crust tasted like Little Caesars,so tasteless with very slim garlic. The sauce tastes like water down CiCi pizza sauce. The people who was working was teenagers on their phone which is expected. One key element the pepperoni toppings felt burnt in the early stage. Crispy but not in a good way. 4.7 Cost 10 dollars felt I should have saved 3 dollars and went to little Caesars.

First time here. Let me just say, every bite was so delicious. Both wings and pizza. Worth every penny. Wasn’t a long wait either. Definitely my go to pizza place from now on!
