Marco's Pizza

Order and paid online for small pizza and a Philly cheesesteak grinder. We got a call that they did not have Philly cheesesteak. We were offered to change our order but we asked to cancel the order. I did not want something else. The order was canceled but we were not refunded. I called today when I saw the charge and was told they do not refund but I could have a credit for a future order. We called back for dinner and requested the same items. We were told 20 to 30 minutes. Received a call back, no Philly cheesecake. I agreed to a meatball grinder with no sauce and just cheese added. This was my 1st time eating here and the service and the pizza was great Jordan was amazing ,very friendly, and helpful i wasn't too sure on what to order but he told me the best recommendations it the pizza was great i will eat here again

I’m not even exaggerating — Jordan at Marco’s Pizza delivers LEGENDARY service. Like, “raise the standard for everybody else” level. Super professional, super kind, crazy efficient, and just an all-around awesome experience. The pizza was on point, but the customer service is what really made it a 10/10. If Jordan’s working, you already know you’re getting taken care of.

Ordered 6 pizza’s on the app at 3:15 for a 4:00 meeting, 20 minutes after receiving the email confirmation, the restaurant called to confirm I was going to pick up the order because they hadn’t made it. Took another 30 minutes to complete the order and pizzas were under cooked and light on toppings. Go to Orangeburg House of Pizza before dealing with this garbage. This location is trash.
