Marco's Pizza

Ordered pizza and it was delicious! Portions are great and they are far from skimpy on any part of the pizza! Tasted so good! Fresh and hot and got an XL perfect for my husband and I with left overs! Would order from here again and would recommend!

Ordered online and pizzas were ready in the promised time frame. Everything was made correctly, including the no-cheese pizza for our food allergy kid. They even did a clean cut for the special pizza. We dined in: the booths were clean, great soda selections, and the friendly staff gave us plates and napkins. They also had nice, clean bathrooms. Great location, especially when you are a traveler and are looking for a place to eat in before dashing to the next activity. Appreciated it!!

VERY clean, have dining area. Did not have to wait for my online order it was done exactly when they said it would be done. Ton of parking available. Great pizza, dough is made fresh in the shop every day. Love the old world pepperoni.

Giving 3 stars instead of 1 because in the past typically their pizza is very good. However I ordered two large pizzas through their online ordering system last night (spent $70+) and the center of the pizza isn’t fully cooked, it is still doughy as you can see in the photo, you can see most of the pepperoni is barely cooked and you can taste how undercooked it is 😔 Not sure if the cooks are being timed and need to have the pizza ready by a certain timeframe, if the pizza oven isn’t at the correct temperature, or if they’re just not letting the pizza go all the way through the oven? Whatever the case may be, it is unappetizing and not safe to eat this way. As well as disappointing to be spending so much money just to have half the pizza raw. So many disappointing and expensive experiences

My family ordered pizza at Marco’s after a long (and fun!) day at Dollywood. They were busy, slammed, and short of help. Despite all of that, everything was made to perfection. Our order was spot on. The staff were friendly and personable. I haven’t had Marco’s in years and it tasted so good.
