Marco's Pizza

Very poor customer service. We put our order in online while the business was open at 7:49p and I received a call that they had to cancel my order because they were “about to close” at 8p. Their website said they are open and google lists them as open at 11p. The least that they could have done was make our pizza and honor the order that already had came through instead of being lazy, cancelling, and attempting to close early.

Great location. The pizza is solid for the price. It's easy to work with. I order pizza for the barn students often. It's always easy and always good. Well worth the $$

I ordered a “white cheesy” pizza it showed up at my door and was just bread and cheese. not even close to what’s on the menu. they told me the would refund my order.. next day nothing and when I called they told me they had forgot to refund it and now it was too late and there was nothing they could do🤬 On top of that, the cheese and bread they delivered About an hour and a half later was cold as all hell… it was a half-and-half pizza instead the other half would have been fine. Had it not been cold

Takes 2 hours to get a pizza delivered from Marcos. It doesn’t matter if you pay extra for immediate delivery. Whatever time the app says your pizza will be delivered, add an hour and a half and that’s how long it will actually take.

I picked up my order of 5 pizzas and 1 cheese bread. As I opened the door, I felt the hot garlic butter roll down my brand new shirt. Those things explode due to the heat almost every time. The manager was out on delivery, and the 400 kids manning the store could only offer a napkin. I got home, and the soggy cheese bread was swimming in garlic butter. The 3 garlic butters ordered were not in the cheese bread. Someone had saw that they exploded and removed them! No one would take responsibility. I am out a shirt and 3 garlic butters. May not be going back.
