Marco's Pizza

The last time I was here, it was great. Probably one of the better chain pizzas I had. Today? No. One of the worst experiences . I walked in, and no greeting. Stood at the counter for maybe 5 mins, until acknowledged by someone with AirPods in and another person in the back standing. I ordered 2 XL pizzas, picked up order and was given someone else’s pizza. I also had no sauce and very uneven cooked cheese and pepperoni half with no cheese lol (may have been the apps mistake). Called and was told our pizza was at the store. Went to drive and pickup again, when pizza was received no apology, box wasn’t even closed properly lol. I ordered my lunch from this local Marcos after recording content at one of the local dog parks. My pizza was hot and fresh. The phone was answered professionally when I placed my order. My order was accurate and ready for pick up when I arrived. I was greeted by a friendly person at the counter. My pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious! My favorite part about Marco's Pizza is that they always put enough sauce. 😋 This is just the experience I expect to have. Thank you Marco's Pizza for the delicious lunch. I feel much better after a long day of pet sitting and vlogging. I ordered a thin crust personal size pizza with the old world pepperonis that curl up. The way they cut it into small squares was perfect for me to nibble on during my drive home

Food is great, haven't had a bad experience with that... service on the other hand is a hit or miss... have had incredible service, have had lackluster service, experienced twice the inability to recognize a discount code... (even though I always order online, show the cashier the total on the email, for them to say they don't honor it)... service is batting around 50/50 on good and bad... lol.

Waited 50 minutes for a small pizza? Got told 5 mins and then waited 30 more minutes before they even made my pizza. 5 workers in there and no one was making pizzas until I finally said something after 40 minutes

Good pizza. Staff was good too! Nothing too amazing but not bad at all. This pizza shop is definitely a one time try in my opinion, but due to high prices, going to another location for cheaper pizza at the same quality would be better.
