Eaten egg tarts from Hong Kong, Houston, to Vancouver. These in Dallas have a flaky crust with a buttery underside. The egg custard has rich, milky texture. Solid good. Not elite but better than the average. Note: it’s a one man operation. So if you walk in, you cannot just pick up egg tarts. You need to order prior to coming (so be ready to speak Cantonese or English). It takes 15 minutes to bake for pick up. Peace.

This is hands-down the best Hong Kong style egg tarts in the Dallas area! Don’t be surprised if the owner hands you a pizza box either, it’s a fun conversation starter for many. I discovered this place back in March 2020, right when COVID-19 hits, and have been supporting them since. Prices went up over the years, and it’s encouraged that you order a dozen instead of buying individuals. It costs $30 for a dozen, or $5 each— you do the math. I only came here for the egg tarts. It was freshly baked and tasted absolutely delicious. The tart was crispy and flaky, and it was very sweet. One of the best egg tart place I have tried in a while.

The egg tart is yummy! It's also a great deal so I always get 2 dozen(: Call in your order first so they have time to make it and remember to bring cash. The owner is sweet(: He gave me a free roll - just because! Who even does that kind of thing anymore?! (:

Egg tarts are just like the ones I’ve had in HK. You must call at least 30 mins ahead but it may take a bit more for them to be ready as they are baked on demand. We got a dozen for $30 and came with something extra. Cash only. The chef was super friendly and great with kids. I would definitely order more when planning to be in the area.
