Maria's MTN Grub

Duuudee the food is good here. I mean that ❤️ Maria does a great job. Been going since they opened. The salsa is always spicy enough, the meat is always chopped up and seasoned perfectly and her homemade tortillas are bomb. I'm going to keep trying things on the menu. I'm sure it's all great.

Mexican Burrito is one of the best chorizo burritos I've ever had. I've had them in almost every state west of the Great Plains, plus Texas. Unique flavors combined with the chorizo. Note, you're not eating a chorizo burrito. It's a burrito flavored with chorizo. You won't get chunks of chorizo but you get the flavor without all the grease. Verde salsa was OK but I'm rather snobish about Verde salsa. It is a little spendy for a burrito in a parking lot. If this cart was in Portland, Seattle, San Francisco, SLC, Denver, Dallas,.... it would have a line before opening and sell out before close.

Absolutely love the Mountian Breakfast Burrito! Best breakfast burrito I’ve had. Very friendly service and the atmosphere is great bc I just eat it in my car listening to a podcast.

Huge quantities and friendly service, and quite possibly the best breakfast burrito I have ever had. Easily one of the best spots in the Gorge.

I have eaten several times at Maria's MTN Grub and always enjoyed my items. I am a baby about hot foods and will admit that my chicken tacos were a bit too spicy for me. However, I did not use sour cream which would have balanced that. My husband was very happy with his tostadas. I shared their tamales with my grandma and we both are waiting for the next tamale day to get more. There is really not much of an area to sit and eat there. It is more of eat in the car or take it to go. Maria and her staff are very friendly and happy for you to have a great food experience. I recommend this to you for lunch.
