Maria's Pizzeria & Restaurant

Maria’s has been our favorite local pizza restaurant for years. We have been loyal customers years and regularly ordered delivery. In the past, the food was always fresh, hot, and consistent. Unfortunately, over the past year, we have noticed a steady decline in both the quality of the food and the delivery service. We typically order the same items, so when there is a change in taste and quality, it’s noticeable. The food has become inconsistent and no longer meets the standard we had come to expect from Maria’s. In addition, the delivery service has been disappointing. The first incident occurred this past year when a pizza sat outside for approximately 40 minutes because the driver did not ring the doorbell. We did not complain at the time. Perfect little Italian, no-frills restraunt. Seems very authentic down to the smell off red sauce in the air. Pizza was a solid 9/10. The pizza dough could use a little more flavor.

I’m not an i’m not a big fan of Italian restaurants, but after reading the reviews, I was really excited to come here, but I was quickly disappointed. It took us a while to be acknowledged, and to sit down, but other than that the service was pretty good. Our server was really nice and attentive. The ambience was all right, but what brought the stars down for me is that the food was so bad. Everything was like warm. The mozzarella sticks were all right, but what gets me is the plating of this, I just think it’s so weird(pictured). The soups were bland, and they both didn’t get finished. The best thing we ordered was the caprese salad, The tomatoes were hilariously large, but it was good. We took gram for her 86th birthday tonight. She still hasn't stopped raving about her amazing garlic knots, shrimp scamipi and oh the tiramisu. Stephanie our waitress was amazing on top of everything. Chef Rob came out met gram told her not a day older than 28. He gifted a dessert. Its was the talk of the night. I know we will be coming back

I have eaten from this place several times, and they seem to be very consistent. My brother loves this place, so I started to pay attention to what they are doing right. It is consistently good. The 4.00 bone-in wing upcharge is a little weird, but the food is really good otherwise. Even the side salad is fresh. I usually pick it up for my brother, but this last time a delivery driver came, he was a little rattled for some reason, but the food was still hot and fresh. I recommend this restaurant and I can't wait to eat inside and enjoy the food. Two thumbs up from me.
