I came for a pickup on a Saturday, use the q code to check in but still had to talk to the guard shack. I received a door immediately I was 15 minutes early for my appointment and took a little under 3 hours to get loaded they loaded with robots here. Overall satisfied with my experience. Was scheduled for an appointment at 6am. I decided to take a chance and checked in at 3:30am. The gentleman in the guard shack was very courteous. I immediately got a door and was unloaded by 4:06am. I would do a delivery here any time. 3/2/2026

It's a place, an old-fashioned, very remote place, here on I-10 when you're passing through El Paso, or before you get to El Paso if you're coming from the west, where you can park and rest, because you're really exhausted, and it's actually safer than staying on the highway. So if you want, you can park here; you won't find many amenities, but you'll have a safe place to park and a safe place to be and rest for a few hours.

Check in easy ,sacn the bar code at gate .they check the seal .big place ,clean ,slide tandem to back ,put paper work at back of the trailer after you open the door ,they unload you once you at dock .other reviews said30 mins before appointment time, I think I got lucky or maybe different load ,my appointment at 19:00 I checked in at morning 8:00am,they let me in .overnight parking outside on the street. Nice place .nice guard
