Market Street Deli & Salads

A solid place to eat lunch. We ordered the gyros. When we’ve traveled to Charleston, this deli is a convenient location to do some shopping and grab a bite. The staff were quick and efficient. We recommend you give it a try. I gave it 3 stars as it is a good place to eat.

The absolute best, freshest egg, bacon and cheese biscuit. Yummy!! Not kidding, I had to take a moment and marvel at the beauty of this breakfast sandwich. The staff was super friendly, too. Highly recommend for a quick breakfast before you hit the shopping!!

I wish I would have read reviews first and then once I entered I would have known to turn around. The lady at the cash register was so very passive aggressive and odd. The looks she gave people were infuriating. I watched for a long while and it was so hard to see. The previous photos/reviews that people shared of the staff that mentioned her indicate this is the same person over the years. I wish we would have walked out. The food was something we could have made in the kitchen at home. The ketchup was Great Value Brand! Read that again. Charleston has so much more to offer in the way of food, hospitality and service. Do not go here.

Basic small sandwich shop with reasonable prices and good service. Order at the counter and food is prepared for you. We had a Cuban, Italian and Cobb salad. Food was fresh and tasty. Seating is limited. Expect to pay $10-15 per person for sandwiches and a drink.

We were so hungry around 2:30 pm. Most places were 45 minutes wait. This deli took our order quick and got our food to us fast. Super nice and great customer service. The lady even made me tuna salad when they were out. Brownie was delicious and enjoyed the pink lemonade. My run melt was yummy. My daughter's grilled cheese looked amazing! Will definitely go again!
