Markham, Mitchell & Stroud, PLLC

I’ve used Markham, Mitchell, & Stroud for the last 4 years for my taxes. When I first started out, they were great! We met in-person, Ralph would ask me questions, I could ask him questions in return, he was warm, and I felt that I could really trust him. For the last few years, the personal touch has gone away. They have insisted on uploading forms via a very clunky online portal, and have been less and less responsive via email. All of this has occurred while they’ve increased their rates. If you’re going to charge almost double what you used to, the least you could do is answer my questions.
