Marky's Caviar Lounge

Amazing place. Food was delicious and service was on point. Our server made great recommendation and was very knowledgeable about all the caviar. We ordered a sample trio and were very impressed. Also ordered other dishes and those didnt dissapoint. We Are local so we will definitely return.

Nice for a special occasion.. my spouse loved caviar so we did it for valentines day. They had a set menu (which was not mentioned on the website). Im not a fan, but it was still a nice experience. Not giving a 5 star because they lacked a few attention to details (refills, and forgot items on food).

We had such a great night at Marky's Caviar at the Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood and once again, it did not disappoint. We started with a glass of rosé Champagne and vodka, which paired perfectly with the Royal Osetra caviar service. The caviar was smooth, buttery, and honestly just melted in your mouth. Next up was the hamachi ceviche with creamy avocado and salmon roe on top. Such a good combination and full of fresh flavor. Then came the smoked salmon with roe, served with baguette and crème fraîche. The pop of the roe on top of the salmon was unreal and made every bite better. We followed that with a Caesar salad and the cavatelli pasta with porcini mushrooms and fresh truffle, which was rich, comforting, and exactly what we wanted to end the meal. As a chef, I always appreciate a restaurant with good food. Although not a restaurant per se, Marky's Caviar lounge delivers great food. Unfortunately, the restaurant experience encompasses more than just food, and this is where this place falls short, very short. The so called Manager refused to make an alcohol-free cocktail because, according to him, a cocktail lounge like Marky's is all about alcohol. I was astonished when I heard that. They have a bar that is 1/2 block long, and they couldn't whip up a virgin cocktail? Maybe they didn't know you could use sour mix, simple syrup, any fruit juice, club soda, and voilá! you could have made a virgin cocktail. Besides that, the service was so sporadic that they never stopped by the table to ask if we wanted another drink, more food, water..

This is incredible guys. I celebrated my birthday and I wanna give you 100 stars. It was amazing experience. Food 10 from 10. Service 10 from 10. A special thank to Slava, he took care of us like my mother. I would like to be back soon.
