What a great dining experience! Starts with a delicious Japanese milk bread that you will want more of. From there, each course was even better than the next. The marrow crusted filet was perfectly paired with a mimolette sauce and cooked just how I like it. Service was top notch and very personable. The next morning, I enjoyed Marquis' wonderful breakfast buffet, complete with made to order omelets and coffee bar.
