Marufuku Ramen

Very delicious food! We got a ramen and a rice bowl theh both were delicious. The ramen was called Spicy TanTan Men and was super flavorful. The rice bowl was called Mentaiko which was also really tasty. The ambiance was super nice and had a great vibe. Would definitely recommend this ramen spot! 🤍🍜

Our server Kenny was very kind and helpful with all our questions. All service members were kind and attentive. I enjoyed my hojicha tea while dining on Marufuku bites (Japanese steam buns with homemade pork chashu) as an appetizer and Chicken Paitan ramen. It was flavorful with the perfect portions of chicken (incredibly juicy), green onions, mushrooms, sprouts, and seasoned soft boiled egg. My husband also thoroughly enjoyed his Hakata Tonkotsu ramen! If you like spicy, I recommend ordering your ramen medium. When dining in you have the option to increase your ramen spice level at your table. Overall the experience was great, we will definitely be dining here again! Our next visit will be to try their happy hour options M-Sun 3pm-5:30pm. Hope you enjoy as much as we did!

I ordered the Hakata Tonkotsu DX and the chicken leg, and both were absolutely amazing. The broth was rich and flavorful without being too heavy, and the noodles had the perfect chew. The chicken leg was tender, juicy, and seasoned just right — it paired so well with the ramen. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the overall experience felt comforting and satisfying. If you’re looking for a ramen spot in Irvine that truly delivers on flavor, Marufuku Ramen is definitely worth it! Highly recommend.

The ramen was okay overall. It didn’t have the rich, authentic tonkotsu flavor I was expecting, but it was still decent. The service was fast and attentive, which made the experience better.

Fantastic experience at Marufuku Ramen in Irvine. The ramen was excellent, deep flavorful broth and perfectly cooked noodles. Everything came out exactly as it should. Service was top-notch. Rene was amazing, friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome without being overbearing. That kind of service makes a big difference. Also, thanks to Nixia for the referral, great recommendation. Highly recommend. We’ll definitely be back.
