Marvels on the Creek

Exactly what we needed to relax. We called as we were driving into town to ask about a room and Debbie was happy to accommodate with 2 hours notice, even with our dog in tow. She gave us the top floor suite that was perfect for us not only because of the space but also the private entry so we didnt disturb anyone coming in later after dinner in town. Breakfast was great - it almost seemed like she prided herself on offering more food than we could eat. While there we spent a lazy morning napping and then spent the afternoon watching the river and playing fetch. While the sayings around the room initially felt a little cheesy - we noticed that just reading them made us feel more positive. After all, it is a good day to have a good day. We had a wonderful stay at Marvels on the Creek. The location is absolutely beautiful - tucked beside a quiet creek that adds a peaceful charm to the experience. The accommodations were clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged for comfort. But the real highlight was breakfast. What a wonderful experience. Debbie welcomed us late on Friday evening and treated us like family. The room was large with lots of room to relax, the bed was very comfortable and we slept peacefully. The breakfast was huge, didn't need lunch for sure. We really enjoyed conversations with the other couples there too. Oh, and the place is so pretty inside and out! Manicured lawns lead to the creek, a very tranquil setting in the country

This is a Lovely space, both relaxing and welcoming. Beautiful river views. Wonderful for indoor and outdoor lovers. Hostess Debbie is gracious and very kind. Highly recommended for travelers and business people. Restaurant close by for dinner.

This property will not disappoint!!! Our room was huge and even had a kitchen with full refrigerator, coffee maker and dishes. Our patio had a view of the creek which runs behind the house. It is peaceful and tranquil with so many spots to relax. The owners Debbie and Alan make you feel welcome and are so accommodating. Do not hesitate to book!!
