Mary Brown's Chicken

So sad! We ordered a 6-piece chicken meal last night for dinner, and it was overly seasoned — extremely spicy and way too salty, almost as if the person who prepared it wanted the customer to suffer while eating it. It was honestly painful. :/ It wasn’t enjoyable at all. It hurts to eat it! But we had no choice; we had already driven home, and it’s a long drive to get back to the store. And we couldn’t just toss the chicken in the bin — it was completely inedible! It was abnormally, excessively spicy. 🌶️ Do you hate your customers that's why you do that? my intestines are still burning! 🔥 and you know what else is!! We eat spicy foods at home , but this aint it. the chicken last night was a total waste! and overkill on the spice.

We got three spicy big mary from drive through. All the bun on the chicken seemed liked last end pieces. The chicken was adjed to be well done but it was burnt and overcooked. Not too mention the chicken seemed too small. We always get food on mondays but this time it is disappointment.

Lovely team, specifically the girl with the lip ring who served me, the woman assisting and the man who combined my bags. Also good prices. Please give the girls raises and many vacation days 10/10 will return

I recently dined at Mary Brown's, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the customer service was top-notch. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The menu had a fantastic variety of options to choose from, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, and the sides were equally delightful. What truly made this visit special was the exceptional customer service. The staff was attentive, polite, and made sure that every aspect of my meal was perfect. I left Mary Brown's with a full stomach and a big smile. It's safe to say that I'll be returning soon for more of their fantastic food and hospitality.

We ordered in store for take out. They told us it would be a 10 minute wait for the gravy. No problem until I witnessed a kitchen staff packaging potato wedges into a box with his bare hands! That's the first and last time I eat there. Also the chicken had no flavor, the fries were very salty and I wasn't a fan of their gravy. I'll stick with KFC.
