I would have given this review a 5 if a woman who works there did not make my daughter cry last weekend and tell me the blenda was broken.The person working there yesterday and today with glasses and long hair. I did not catch there name. They were wonderful. They kept apologizing for her actions. They were so sweet! They have always been very kind to me every time I go in. Which is a lot. Including my children. After that incedent last weekend I almost stop going there all together. My children would have stopped going too. I hope this person gets a permotion or gets recognized for how kind they are. And making me want to continue to go to Marylou's in the future.

Sunny is always very pleasant. She always makes my coffee to perfection. Bit of a weird location for a coffee shop in a gas station but its whatever @

This place was just horrible. The service was crap, wearing an AirPod on the job!?! Just rude, second I couldn’t even get what I wanted. This “worker” if you could even call her that refused to make my order which I have gotten numerous times at other locations. She just said “I can’t do that”, so I left empty handed. 5/11/25 1:15 pm

I haven’t had Mary Lou’s in years but I’ll be back after today’s experience. The lady who took my order was beyond kind to every customer in there. I thought I was talking to Mary Lou herself…Coffee tastes better when it’s made with love. People like her are why companies like this thrive. Thank you for the blueberry iced coffee this morning. Keep smiling
