Mas and J International Restaurant

I have been going to Mas & J for more than 7 years. She sells one of the most authentic African foods in town. Great price, very welcoming, delicious food. I have tried pretty much everything she has on her menu, and I can tell you it’s worth coming back again. Great place to host an event. Spacious hall. I recommend this restaurant.

The food is always good! My husband is Nigerian and we love to order from here when we cannot make at home.

They make really delicious foods. My family love the soups. Goat meat pepper soup is our favorite with rice. The girls are very polite and the restaurant is quiet and clean. We eat there at least once a week. Good food and good company.

he service is friendly and attentive. I had to ask what some of the dishes were and the woman who waited on me was very patient in explaining what dishes were made of, what was in the dishes and even right down to explaining how they make the dish. And the food was exceptional. And the servings were HUGE and the prices were great. Awesome place. Will definitely return

First of all, I called ahead of time thinking it would be ready by the time I got there. Umm No, when I got there, I had to sit for over 30 mins then when she finally bought the fried rice out, I took one look at it and lost my appetite. The smell from the rice made my stomach hurts then the food was served with no meat, and no plantains. Like what?? Every African restaurant I’ve been to will serve you plantains with assorted meat. No not this place. I got home and thought I should at least give it a try. It’s a NO for me. It tasted like the way it smelled. I was so sick to my stomach and it was just a waste of time and money
