Complete opposite experience than the phone calls and mail in applications I have previously done. Amazing staff and my case worker Amanda was a delight. So pleased with my experience
I only had 1 person ahead of me in line & when I approached the desk, I tried to explain why I was there & had what I thought was a really easy question that could get answered & I'd be able to just drop off my paperwork & be done?! No! That wasn't the case with the lady behind the counter snapping at me to fill out a few spots on a few different papers, sign & initial in some other places. She flipped through the pages so quickly I couldn't remember where I was to do what since I didn't have to completely fill out all the pages?! When I tried clarifying what she told me she just snapped & said she wasn't supposed to even be helping me since they close at 5pm! I looked at their clock on the wall & it was only 4:05pm & since I had such a minute question that I was sure she could've just ans
Every person tells me something different. I provided my proof of address and it took 6 months to process. They said they couldn't process the original proof because I didn't put the date in the corner or the paper. Not my birth date. The date I sent it. Because of that small detail I didn't have health insurance for 6 months. I'm still having problems to this day. I was paying over $500 a month for my precriptions for over 6 months *when I wasnt even working* And they were aware of that and still are. I saved all my receipts since I gave my proof of address to their tewksbury office (stamped and approved). Anything that I paid out of pocket since should have already been sent back to me or even spoken about. Do I have to file a lawsuit in order to get this taken care of? I understand th
I went in there a total mess because my daughters therapies had stopped immediately due to them dropping her insurance because my new income. When I tell you TIM was sooo helpful & understanding he truly was amazing, He listened to me talk.. cry and then helped with my concerns and this could'nt have been possible without Amy his supervisor who took the time to overlook everything. I'm grateful my issues were resolved and my daughter was able to resume her services. Great to see people who love what they do and actually care. Blessings & Thank you again Tim.
I’ve personally been to the Taunton office twice. Found them to be personable and professional. When you arrive, you are asked why you’re there and to complete a few simple forms. Once complete you receive a number and wait to be called. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes. From there you go into the back and receive assistance from a specialist. On one visit, the representative aided me in completing an update to my account and the second visit was to help me decipher and understand a letter I received from mass health. I left with a better understanding and less anxiety over my health care coverage. I highly recommend using this service if you are in need! I find it easier than waiting on hold to speak to someone at a call center. The only improvement I would suggest would
