Masti - Indian Street Eats : Emory / Toco Hills Location

While the service was really good, the food was ok. It wasn’t bad but just not as flavorful as other Indian places I have been to in the area. We started with a dosa with potato, the potato was delicious but the dosa part was a bit bland. I had the saag paneer and butter chicken thali - wasnt bad just wasn’t great. My husband though had the lamb lababdar and he said he liked it.

One of the best Indian food place. They have an assortment of options for kids including a thali! Never seen that before. We tried their thali (kids and adult), paneer taco, Bollywood masti (dosa). All of them very sumptuous. The thali lets you choose the entree. They also gave a free assortment of souf (paan, mukhwas) Highly recommended.

I had lunch at Masti with my Indian and Brazilian friends, and it was such a great experience! We ordered the Aloo Masala Tacos, Butter Chicken Tacos, and Chicken Tikka Masala. It was my first time dining here, and everything was delicious. The Aloo Masala Tacos were the standout dish, perfectly spiced and seasoned boiled potatoes wrapped in soft dosa crepes. Both the Butter Chicken and Tikka Masala were flavorful and well-balanced. The restaurant is tucked away in the center of a busy shopping area, but it’s easy to find once you’re inside the parking lot. We chose the cozy indoor seating, which was authentically decorated, but they also have several nice outdoor tables. Overall, the food, ambiance, and service made a great first impression. I’ll definitely be back!

Stopped in for lunch today. They weren't too busy but had several tables seated. We ordered the samosa trio to start and a mango lassi. Both were delicious. For main we shared butter chicken, garlic naan, and biryani. All were delicious. Great flavor. Big portion. Good for sharing. Service was friendly. Clean and nice interior.

Ordering takeout from here after a busy day is absolutely the move when you’re tired and hungry! The food was not only delicious, but it was ready right on-time - as soon as I walked in the door - and still piping hot. The Gobi Manchurian was spot-on, tasting exactly like the classic Indo-Chinese flavor profile that makes this such a hit dish. The sauce was nicely salty, had a great tang, and was perfectly satisfying. If anything, the cauliflower weren’t crunchy, but that could be owed to sitting in the sauce for a bit. Their roti was also a great pairing with the gobi, where one takeout order comes with two rotis. Overall, would recommend for some quick Indian classics and would love to return to try more!
