Mat-Jib - Korean Corndogs & Sushi Rolls

Everything tasted delicious 😋. We tried the sushi and miso soup on the lunch special, along with the fried mozzarella cheese (corn dog minus the dog). It was our first time here and we were pleasantly surprised by the portions and the taste. My daughter and I shared the sushi and still had leftovers to take home!

Really not great. Corndog came out undercooked after a 20min wait. Sushi also below-gas-station-grade.

Found this place by accident when I went in the store it is inside to grab a snack during work. Super glad I did as the Playboy roll was delicious. Had a Monster Shrimp roll on my most recent visit. Rolls are probably the largest I have had. Portions definitely worth the price! Tried the Tempura Dragon Roll today...delicious! Love passing by here when I am at work and surprising myself with a roll! Well worth it.

Let’s start with the pacing: one single fried hot dog with cheese took over ten minutes to emerge from the kitchen. No line, no crowd, just the deep-fryer’s slow existential crisis. Meanwhile, neighboring stall Love Bao cranked out full orders of meat and rice in the time it took Mat-Jib to wrangle one grease-drenched stick on a tray. Efficiency, apparently, is not on the menu. Now, about the ambiance - specifically the customer service. The grouch at the register, distinguished by a scowl that could curdle dairy, exudes all the warmth of a tax audit. A simple order feel

So glad there is a Korean Corn Dog place in Cary, NC! They are so tasty and the all mozzarella corn dog is my favorite! They also have so many kinds of sushi to choose from and it’s delicious!
