MatchPoint Cafe

I recently tried the Iced Matcha Latte at MatchPoint Cafe and it was absolutely refreshing! The matcha tasted high-quality and incredibly fresh. It had the perfect balance of flavors—not too sweet, just the way I like it. Highly recommended for all matcha lovers!

Worst service I have ever received. I have been buying from this restaurant for well over 5 years and this evening was the worst service I ever received. Let me just say that other orders were placed with delivery service and you would think that pick up service would be better than delivery but I beg to differ. All other times I ordered a quesadilla I received it with sweet potato fries and well presented. Tonight I was handed my meal in a plate, no bag and no fries, like they just slapped it together to give to me. I was left to feel as though I just walked in and begged for some food instead of purchasing it. This might have been my last order from them. I used to be a very frequent customer since my kid is in tennis and swimming programs of the gym. But the food quality is getting worse every day. Special instructions for food preparation weren't followed twice from my recent experience. But today's situation is completely horrible for me. The kid got one donut in the cafe. It was delicious and fresh. Later, I decided to get two for him to eat at home. When we came home and tried it, it's hard as stone, probably left on the shelf for a while and impossible to eat. I guess it's a policy to give a good food when dine in and leftovers when the order is "to-go"? Definitely not going there anymore.

Absolutely a fantastic place to eat! The ambiance was totally unexpected: I felt like I was in a 5-Star luxury restaurant! Simultaneously, the atmosphere is incredibly relaxed with awesome views of the actual sports campus (which I had no idea it was lol). The gentleman who really sold this wonderful experience for me is Artem. He is the grand master of the MatchPoint Cafe in my honest opinion. Artem was very welcoming even from my phone call inquiring about were customers of the cafe allowed to park in the parking lot (which the answer is yes for future reference, shout out to Artem once again), to the moment I stepped foot into the cafe itself. We buy smoothies here twice a week, I make smoothies at home daily. Today my child ordered the same smoothie as always. I noticed she wasn’t drinking it after 15 minutes .. debated if it was the wrong order she grabbed. I normally don’t complain or bother but decided to approach the cashier and ask 30 minutes after we got it and my daughter still refused to drink it. They were rude and said it’s been an hour and smoothies become liquid after a while. I tried to explain it’s been this way since the beginning and my daughter has not been drinking or enjoying it as always. Asked to exchange for an iced tea from the fridge, they refused and couldn’t do that.
