Maui's Dog House

VIsited Maui Dogs for lunch Saturday of Labor Day Weekend. . Huge selection of Hot Dogs and other sandwiches and sides. . I got the "Forget-About-It" Dog (Cheese, Bacon, German Mustard, Onion and Chili). Girlfriend got the Plain with Yellow Mustard. She got the Cardiac Fries (Cheese and Bacon) and I got the Salty Balls. . I enjoyed mine, Girlfriend thought not only her Hoffman's German Hot Dog was temperature cold, that the bun was also cold. When I mentioned something to her, she's like "no, like chilled....like they just took it out of the fridge...". The rolls were nice and thick and big, big enough to hold the dogs with lots of toppings. Maybe because my dog had the warm cheese on top, that I didn't get the "chilled" vibe from my meal. Maui’s Dog House is a must-do during our shore vacation. Located in North Wildwood, Maui’s offers a huge selection of over-the-top hot dogs, burgers, and creative sides. The Cardiac Fries and Salty Balls are longtime favorites of ours. It’s a super casual counter-service spot with food made fresh while you wait. The atmosphere is fun and vibrant—who knew eating out of dog bowls could be so enjoyable? The owners are incredibly friendly and work hard to deliver a great experience every time. There’s usually plenty of on-street parking out front, and the large picnic tables easily fit our group. You can also call ahead to reserve a table for larger parties.

I try to get to Maui's at least once every summer. As always, the hot dogs are great. Fries are excellent, too!

Really good food and they have Stewart’s on tap! Not the biggest fan of the salty balls but that’s just a personal preference; the fries, however, are delicious!

If you are in Wildwood, or anywhere nearby, this place is a must! Family owned and operated and the food is just absolutely delicious! Great variety. Family is great and the atmosphere is just really cool. Where else can you go and get to eat out of a dog bowl! Yum.
