May May Hong Kong BBQ

I’ve been searching for roast duck & roast pork that isn’t all the way in Seattle. We went an hour before closing and they ran out of roast pork but we got the roast duck and it satisfied my craving! We also got chow mein, sweet&sour chicken, honey walnut prawns & honey garlic pork. I would say the roast duck was the star of the show. I’m a big fan of honey walnut prawns and they were okay, small portion. Everything else was decent. I will be going back to try the roast pork.

This is the best Chinese BBQ in Washington or Arizona. Call ahead or go early because they almost always sell out of what they prep for the day. It's all so good! The entire menu, even the drinks. I have nothing bad to say about this restaurant - I highly recommend you go here over any other of the many restaurants in the area. You will be glad you did!

Just ate here recently. Moved to the Federal Way area last week. The food is actually pretty good here. I highly recommend a complete remodel on the inside. And maybe it's a cultural thing but I want to mention this: you should not have your employees sitting down inside the customer table area. And again really this place needs a remodel and it would probably get a lot more business. I want to also reiterate how good the food is here and it is well worth eating here and the prices are very reasonable compared to other places

May May Hong Kong BBQ is a highly-regarded destination for outstanding Chinese BBQ. Conveniently located across from the Commons of Federal Way, the restaurant serves BBQ pork with a perfect balance of sweetness and side pork with an optimal salt content. The side pork was previously slightly salty. Patrons can choose to dine inside or opt for takeout, although it is recommended to call ahead or arrive early, as the restaurant occasionally sells out of BBQ. On New Year's Day, I was fortunate to find the restaurant open and was able to purchase 3 pounds of BBQ pork and half a pound of side pork, which was the remaining quantity available. BBQ pork and duck are the best here. Roasted pork can be better if the skin can be more crunchy. A rare find to find authentic Hong Kong style restaurant this far out from Seattle. Will come back and recommend others to try. Came back after 2 months on a Friday early evening. BBQ stuff is still great but I would avoid ordering wonton.
