McAlister's Deli

I’d like to give a shout-out to Susie for making my customer service experience truly great. McAlister’s has always been my favorite place to eat, and she made it even better. I would give her more than five stars if that were possible; she definitely deserves it. Susie helped me with an order I initially thought was wrong, but it turned out to be my mistake. She handled the situation professionally, kindly, and with excellent customer service. Thank you so much, Susie for going above and beyond!

I stop by this location occasionally and have been met with great service and well prepared food. What you like is all preference but their baked potatoes and sandwiches are always safe bets. The salads have all been fresh with crisp greens. The only downside is the location as traffic can get pretty abysmal in the parking lot and surrounding area but nothing too out of the ordinary for NOVA. Give it a look if you’re in the mood for deli food.

I love coming here and ordering the sandwiches. My 2 favorites are the Memphian and the New Yorker. The King Club is delicious as well and worth it along with the McAlisters Club. One of my favorite parts about here is that you can substitute the breads. When I go to restaurants and want a sandwich, switching the breads out arent usually a thing unless they only have white or wheat. I love that you can substitute the breads for baguettes, wraps, Ciabata, gluten-free, and Rye bread. The options definitely help when looking for healthier alternatives. The staff has been helpful and informative when answering my questions, and their cookies are pretty delicious. The tea is also sweet but not overwhelming, which is a plus. Ordered to-go online and it was ready at my requested pickup time. Pleasant folks at the counter. Everything was delicious- loaded supreme potato, roast beef potato, carrot cake n butter pecan cheese cake. I really enjoyed the meal.
