McAlister's Deli

I've waited to give this place a rating because they were nw and I wanted to be fair but I've been back about four times now and each visit I've had issues. From them getting my order wrong, to waiting 45 minutes for a sandwich, to just plain rude service. Today was the last time I'll visit this location. I ordered the McAllister's club and got half of what the sandwich should have been. You can see from the pictures that it was mostly just bread. I did the choose 2 and tried to order a spud and yet again, they were out of potatoes. The place barely had any customers so I'm not sure what the issue was. Also, the lady at the register was very rude. I had to go back up because they didn't load my points or give me my rewards offer and the manager was extremely rude and did not know how to ta

First time in. This place is spotless. There was a young mad working that impressed me!! He was 100% on it. When someone left he was there to clean the table and floor. He deserves a mention and accolades. The food was ok. I ordered the potato soup with no bacon. It had bacon so I couldn’t eat it. My husband had the New Yorker and it was huge! I want to try the famous tea to see why it’s so special. Also the person that gave me our order was super nice.

First time at this location, overall service was prompt and friendly. while at the register, the wife asked about the size of the soup bowl vs the cup. Cashier sighed, rolled her eyes and turned to someone on back line who held up the two containers. I'm sure I've done that before, just aware not to do that standing in front of a customer. The meal was great, portions good and the table service was fantastic. I didn't get our servers name but he was very prompt and polite, A+! The sandwinch actually had meat on it, unlike the Independence location that puts a tiny pinch in the middle so it looks like it's all under the bread. the Blue springs location actually had it all there. Absolutely horrible service. They took my rewards off my account but didn't actually use it on my order. Then i double confirmed what i ordered after realizing the receipt was wrong they claimed it was right but when i got my order lord behold it was WRONG. I will continue to drive to the independence location to get food even though this one is around the corner from me. The bad service and teenage attitude isn't worth my time. O and thats a spud max. Lmao what a joke and waste of my money o and yes i paid extra for extra meat which is none existent

The service is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and my food tasted so fresh! Great quality food too! I noticed the fast response when another’s table food was going to be late. They work hard to please us! I love the self serve drink station, but the staff still comes around to give us refills! Last week I ordered online and used the drive up pick up window which is so convenient! I ordered my food online and within 10 minutes I picked it up and it was ready!
