McAlister's Deli

We like McAlister's and have eaten at multiple locations in multiple states. We tried this location on a Monday around 5 pm. It wasn't busy when we got there and there was only one couple in front of us ordering. Placing our order and getting our food was very slow, and it seemed that they were understaffed. There were several people getting pickup orders, which might have slowed the service down. We weren't in a hurry, so it was fine to wait, but we were disappointed with the food when it finally got delivered. My wife got the Pick 2 with a French Dip Sandwich and a Cup of Chili. The plate looked underwhelming (see photo), but it tasted okay. Didn't the chili use to have cheese sprinkled over it? So we came in about 20 mins before close and from Jasmine at the front counter to the MOD Bailey to the girl in the kitchen they were so friendly, happy to help and created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere! I can’t wait to go there again. Hopefully they will be there as they created a perfect atmosphere to dine. The food was also delicious!

Brought the family here to get a late lunch. They were pretty busy this day, and the line to order was a bit longer than normal. They only have two registers, which slows down ordering, especially during lunch or rush hour. This was my dad and exchange student daughter's first time eating here. She couldn't believe how big the spud was, and my dad said that his portion was just right. He felt the roast beef could have been cooked a little longer for him. My husband had the sweet and smoky chicken. They left the paper to the cheese on, and he bit into it 😬 the manager did have another one made for him. It feels a little cluttered in there, but they have a good menu selection, so we'd go back.

I got the veggie spud. When I sat down with my husband I noticed a hair in my food. I am a germ-a-phobe so as soon as I went to the register the manager took care of me in such a pleasant and professional manner. She gave me a full refund and a remake or something else. She was on point, they made me a salad and it was good. I appreciate them for their quick service and the leaders professionalism.

Amazing experience and I felt very welcomed to the establishment. Mr. Marquis(Lemon) was very professional and courteous and welcomed me in and took my order promptly instead of trying to act like he was busy and didn’t see me and that speaks volumes for customer service. The manager Ryan helped me with a Military discount and it was greatly appreciated. Please let them know they are doing a great job as that acknowledgment keeps the motivation up to continue to do well.
