Service was bland and dry! No “welcome to McAlisters” or greeting. More importantly, the spud I ordered/received was a joke! How is this the “SIGNATURE Spud Max” looking this way? A giant potato with the toppings to fill a quarter of it properly. I asked the lady if it was possible to get some meat added because there was hardly anything on the spud and she looked at it and said “yeah, for an additional charge!” I should’ve just refunded and left but it was too late at night to find another option as this is what I wanted. ALSO: PLEASE PULL UP THE CARPET or whatever is causing that horrible smell inside the restaurant!

The Mgt. Ms Sharon as well as her night staff. Shannon, Ava as well as cooks. Went extremely above and beyond!!! Per my order request. Friendly,clean,food was very hot and satisfying. Awesome 👌 👏 team. Thank you 😊

I came to this location for lunch on a Saturday. Was in the place for almost an hour before having to say something about my order. Then after that they still gave someone that was behind me their food before me. Nobody in the kitchen handling food had on hair nets or any gloves. Will not be coming back. I use to really like this place. It's gone down bad

Best placed to get a nice sized loaded baked potato. The servers and cashiers all greeted us when we arrived and each team member helped the other out with completing orders and tasks. The bbq baked potato was huge and they didn't skimp on the toppings.

The food was good when we finally got it. They only had 4 people working, and they were filling online orders first. We were told it would be 25 minutes at least before we got our food. A lot of people walked out. It will be interesting to know how much business they are losing by this practice.
