Ordered a sandwich here for delivery. Sandwich was cold and only had ham and cheese on it and didn’t come with a pickle even that it was supposed to include. No mustard or mayo like it was supposed to include. I hate being that person, but when you pay over $20 for something you’d like to think they can make a basic sandwich correctly…

We ordered about $60 worth of food from McAlister’s through DoorDash — two sandwiches with sides and one of their vegetable potatoes that’s supposed to come with Rotel cheese sauce. What showed up was a huge dry baked potato piled with vegetables and absolutely no sauce. The cheese/Rotel topping is literally the key ingredient that makes the dish edible, and it was completely missing. What we got instead was basically a dry potato with vegetables thrown on top, which is just not appetizing at all. Nobody wants to eat that. For a $60 order plus tip, it’s frustrating that the restaurant couldn’t even make sure the main ingredient of the dish was included. Well, I’ve lived here 5 years and never tried this place. Today I tried this place for the first time and it was super amazing! I got the club wrap and my friend got the French dip sandwich. Their sweet tea was very good! I wasn’t a fan of the “tomato and cucumber salad” because the tomato’s were hard. Very welcoming place. Overall great experience and I recommend checking them out! :)

Terrible. 40 minute wait and they gave me a half salad when I ordered a full salad. Just terrible. More people were complaining about the long wait and cold food. Terrible.

Love McAlisters. The chicken salad and baked potato was very good! The iced tea is always good there. My wife has gluten allergies, so she ordered her sandwhich without the bun. She also had a baked potato. They use Daisy sour cream for those of us with MSG allergies, which is great.
