McAlister's Deli

Ordered pick up, with order were missing things out the bag at the window….first time here….ordered half a sandwich this is what I got…ordered chicken noodle soup….. photos below thats what I got…not sure what soup it is…I should of just went to Panera like I originally wanted to

My husband and I would regularly order from McAlister's in Lebanon, TN. The last 2 orders in as many weeks have been packed without the sides we ordered. I finally called the restaurant out of frustration, and the person who answered the phone was so very rude. Put me on "hold" to go get the manager, I could hear everything they were saying, and never once did the manager come to the phone. After waiting for 11 minutes and 17 seconds someone grabs the phone and just hangs up on me without a word! Well, needless to say we will not be conducting any further business with McAllister's

McAllister’s is delicious! They offer soups, salads, sandwiches, and HUGE baked potatoes (spuds). They have fresh sweet tea and lemonade too. Love their cookies! I usually get the “Mix-n-match” special for $10.95. The staff has always been friendly, the service is great- considering it’s NOT a restaurant- it’s fast food. They’re affordable, and the atmosphere is nice, up to date, and clean. I highly recommend.

Place looks very new and seemed very clean. The food there is just okay... It's nothing to write home about.

Great new eatery in Lebanon, TN. If you've never eaten at McAlisters Deli, it's a modified counter service - order at counter, they bring it to you and clean up real dishes. They will even refill your drinks. Plenty of outside dining too, although situated near pick up window. Sweet tea is amazing!
