Our first time there. Food and service are great. Large portions and plenty of options. The seating area offers plenty of space but could use some cleaning. The restroom reeked of urine and was by far not the cleanest. Do I visit a restaurant for the cleansiness of the restroom? No, but it does make an impact on your stay in return.

Jordan, in Longview Texas, was so nice and helpful when I couldn’t get my McAlister’s app to work. He put in my phone # 📞 so that I could use my points. And then our two salads were literally being carried out to our table before we could even sit down. HOW do they make food so fast? The food was delicious as usual. Such an awesome place to eat for a very good price!

What kind of chicken Caesar salad is this I have no dressing and barely any chicken this isn't the first time I had ordered this salad and it's been wrong on multiple different occasions (please McAlister's y'all use to have game)

I’d love to give them a good review if I could actually get in. The door and eat in an orderly manner or time frame getting in the door is the hardest part of the whole experience iv been eating at the Judson road location since it opened but the past few years the service has gone so downhill it best just to leave if there’s a line to the door Rude pushy customers combined with slow chaotic check out services make this place not appealing at any time of day The seating is packed on a slow day making it hard to find a seat even for just 2 people after they changed the design of the dinning area I miss the way this place used to be If its good cheep food with a great atmosphere this isn’t the place anymore
