McAlister's Deli

We placed a mobile order at McAlister’s and ended up having to wait about 40 minutes because they were out of spuds, which was a little frustrating at first. But the way the team handled it completely turned the experience around. The manager was super nice and even gave us a free dessert, which was such a kind gesture and really appreciated. Everyone in the restaurant kept checking on us during the wait and made sure we were taken care of. They were all so friendly and genuinely kind the whole time. We ordered half sandwiches and half spuds, and everything was really good once it came out. We also tried the kids’ pretzels and they were so delicious! Overall, the food was great, and the customer service truly stood out. Definitely a 5-star experience because of how well they treated us! 💛🥪

Angry customer!! First they forget one of my McAllister club then I open my order my box and noticed my spud looks nothing like the picture. I’m pretty sure it’s suppose to come with olives and other toppings but it’s literally a potato with just ham😡😡😡 this looks nothing like the picture. When you live 20 mins away it’s not easy just to go back😡

Great service and the the food was good. I do like that you order and they bring you the food. One less thing to worry about having to carry your food from a counter.

Had a great lunch here, loved the Jalapeño Turkey Crunch sandwich. And the chicken tortilla soup is a classic. New peach tea is delicious! Have been coming here for many years, and it’s always good!

This is the worst location (McKinney TX). This location never gets orders correctly and apparently cannot read. I have addressed our issues several times with two different Managers but it is never fixed. We keep giving this restaurant multiple tries but no improvement. Just empty apologies. Apparently your management is incompetent. This time , they forgot the olives and green onions and avocado. Every time we order they forget something. Never remembers sour cream or butter. We get useless apologies from management. You can see from this pictures they forgot the avocado, green onion and olives. They also forgot the sour cream and butter. This is a consistent issue.
