McAlister's Deli

Well, I know we got here around 730p when they close at 9p. So I get that maybe they are just over today. The food was not good at all and I usually have good experiences. The service was nice they are very friendly. It was a quiet night so atmosphere was still inviting. I had to move the cheese and veggies from my veggie spid because it tasted old. It looked cured like it's been sitting out. Just kind of overall not impressed tonight. My husband got a soup and it tasted sour. So maybe in the future we will stick to our early dates and no more evening dates.

Second try, different location! Perfection. Great service. Good food. Empathetic people - she didn't care if I had 4 sandwiches specialized. Said hit 0 for tip, and don't feel bad (so of course I tipped). Super friendly and helpful. Honestly, I haven't ate my food yet, but if anything changes you know I'll be back to edit. When I asked for my club to be quartered, they said they always are, like the pictures- apparently not the other one I went to. Not super crowded either, although we're doing to-go. The lady that took our order confirmed it was all correct, she's absolutely the best!!

Terrible. May not return here. First time here and they messed up my order. I asked for a 5oz rotel on the side of my ultimate nacho. I also asked for them to put the cup of rotel in the microwave before bringing it out. When my food hit the table, there was no 5oz rotel. I was told that the kitchen put in on my order. Wasn't even hot. Also, the rotel was discolored and grainy. Terrible first experience.

Beautiful Restaurant with local Murfreesboro decor. Free drinks for First Responders! Delicious Food and Tea! I highly recommend going. I really like the BLT Avocado Sandwich with a side of Fresh Fruit!. Yummy and very filling! Great place for large groups too since there is ample space for everyone! Outside covered seating on the side as well.

So sad. This McAlisters on Medical Center Pkwy has always been such a fun experience. The older lady that worked the front was always smiling and friendly and kind. Now it’s not as customer focused, staff seems distracted and not as outgoing . I hate to see it change. That older lady named Mel kinda drove the atmosphere and the younger staff seemed to follow. Now it’s just like any other restaurant.
