Usually pretty slow service but decently good food... Most of the time. Ordered a King club and lifted the top of the bun to find a piece of plastic from the bread or spring mix?? Also, I ordered it online and came in and waited 10 minutes beyond the pick up time (which was sitting behind the counter the entire time but I was unaware, so I wasted 10 minutes for nothing). It's not a massive deal, but just disappointing because this location is usually pretty good.

Put incorrect food in order, wouldn’t have been an issue, but they discussed it and didn’t correct the mistake. Both potatoes ordered were identical sauces.

My fiance and I had to come to New Bern for my drs appt. The GM lady was working by herself till 11am but she was so super sweet, friendly, clean store and bathrooms and the food was excellent. Definitely will come back again when I am in New bern.

You walk up to the counter to order, the cashier was very professional and nice. If your dining in they give you a number to place in the holder at your table, they will bring you your food. No table service but they will grab your plates when you leave. I got the spicy Turkey on Cuban with fresh fruit and a pickle spear. It is served hot. The strawberry lemonade is freshly made and very good. Overall atmosphere and experience was excellent.

I hate that the service at this location has gone downhill. We tried again today, hoping for a better outcome and was sadly disappointed. We arrived at about 3 o’clock in the afternoon. There was one table that had customers. We walked up to the counter. Noone at the counter. A young man was sitting over behind the counter to the left in the door of an office or storage On his phone. He got up after a few moments and walked thru the kitchen area and went to the other side of the restaurant and sat back down. Never spoke to us. An employee in the back seemed to be working and we think she said something to us but we weren’t sure. We just stood there. I believe another employee was sitting in a booth on her phone. We continued to stand there. Noone was acknowledging us at all
