McAlister's Deli

I want to tell you about my experience on August 24th 2025. I am an Uber Eats driver and pick up quite frequently from this location. The store is always clean and the employees are always busy. This evening I had a mistake on an order for the first time ever and I have been picking up from this location for over a year and a half. In the busyness of everything this evening and it was very busy, my order got switched with another one and I had to drive quite a long ways for the delivery and the order was the wrong order. I could have canceled the order and left it to be somebody else's problem but the lady who I was delivering to was very sweet and so I agreed to go back to the store and get her order remade or at least attempt to, and bring the order back to her. Service was good, but a little slow. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was great! This was one of the best meals at McAlisters we have had. I don’t mind a little wait when the food is great.

This is my favorite place to order salad (Pecanberry is the best), and the flavored sweet tea is delicious. the customer service is always amazing. I felt like I had a complicated order and the host Karissa was very patient and was able to fulfill my request. Everyone else is so nice when we come!

Shoutout to Brittany and the entire team at McAlister’s! They consistently provide excellent service and always make me feel valued as a customer. The teamwork, friendliness, and attention to detail never go unnoticed. Thank you all for taking such good care of me each week!

Went to McAlisters Deli to pick up dinner. I ordered the Pick 2 and got a Veggie Spud and Veggie Chili. With this deal you can have 2 meals. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I discovered they queso was left off Veggie Spud. The staff was helpful and I received a side of queso with no issues. I will definitely return in future.
