McChord Food Court

There is a Asian spot in the food court and it is amazing really authentic food super fresh 😋

Only Popeyes was open. Many eateries have closed down at this location. What's left are brands not familiar with. The wait is tremendous when it's the only place to eat in the entire food court. They got part of our order wrong, but the food was hot and service friendly otherwise.

I have been working long days at the McChord Exchange Mall and so I have been using the food court quite a bit. I love the variety of restaurants but I am most grateful that there is health fast food options. Also the House of Noodles is very good as well. There is plenty of seating and natural light. It's an older food court but everything seems well cared for. The bathroom is supposed to be cleaned hourly. It not terrible but it definitely not cleaned once an hour clean.

Had to wait 30 min. at Popeyes for a 3 piece chicken meal. Ridiculous. I know they were short on staff. Shut the place down if people have to wait this long. $ 18.00 for the meal. Unacceptable. I just wanted to try it out. 😪 Well never again. All the other places are great 👍

FRESHENS EMPLOYEES ARE. SO. RUDE. Rudest ladies I’ve ever met !! My husband & I go to freshens on base because it’s one of the only healthier options in the food court, but the ladies r literally the rudest, nastiest people, I have EVER met. Today two of the employees were arguing with me about MY ORDER telling me I WAS WRONG about what I ordered when they made me the completely wrong order. They have never been kind & I see how rude they are to their costumers every time we’ve gone & it’s terrible! The food itself is good, but geez, pls get some new people working there because every lady working there is extremely rude & just mean!
