McDonald BBQ

Today’s my father’s birthday. Came here as he loves their pulled bbq sandwiches. Walked in and was rudely greeted with “we’re not ready, bout 30 more minutes” . I walked out! If your establishment opens at 11 and the door is open, then you need to be READY for business or change your opening time

Unbelievable. I was so excited to finally get to taste the food and it was so disappointing. I don’t understand how people love this food. The ribs, the main thing I came for were inedible and oversauced. Couldn’t take one bite. Fried chicken was old, oil and stale. The yams don’t have a bit of love cooked in them stringy and looked like baby food. I’m just in shock how the food was so old and not good. What a shame

This is some of the worst food I have ever tasted in my entire life. Please avoid this place at all costs.

Let me start by saying the food is delicious,BUT when he has it! Super rude guy and he always keeps you waiting...Definitely need customer service lessons!

The BBQ sauce is so delicious that I almost don't mind waiting in line 30-40 mins (after unsuccessfully attempting to call in an order) and seeing a small roach on the counter while at the register.
