McDonald's

I stop at this McDonald’s often — always quick, friendly, and consistent! Today I checked the app to compare calories between a small mocha frappe (420 cal) and an ice cream cone (200 cal). I chose the cone, but they were out of ice cream, so I switched to the frappe with light chocolate drizzle — and it came out perfectly! Everything was great, and the staff handled it with kindness. Suggestion: I wish the app would update calorie counts automatically when I customize an order (like removing whipped cream or drizzle). That would make tracking even easier!

Did a kiosk order. Took like maybe a whole 5 minutes and for me to raise my voice alightly for someone to finally realize I was waiting at the counter to pay for my food. After that, process was pretty fast & none of my food was missing. So that was a plus. Staff are really nice from what I've seen.

How incompetent do you have to be? 1. I read the order first. Perfect ✅ (1st pic) 2. I lifted bread. It looks good to me! ✅ (second picture but before I bit it) 3. Takes bite and immediately tastes onion. ❌ 4. Lifts between patties..... FN ONIONS... ❌❌❌🤦🏻‍♀️ It's so simple.... This was my only food of the day the last of my money. appreciate you McDonald's

I've never had a McDonalds serve a good, plain Cheeseburger (I know I'm weird) consistently except this location. It's always clean too! Great job as a former fast food employee this is somewhere I'd want to work!

EDIT TO ADD 06/27/25 I don’t care if I said extra ketchup that’s despicable !! Food is usually hot enough to not bring back, person at the first window in the drive thru is usually nice, the person in the second window in the drive thru in the evening on weekdays is ALWAYS rude. Never an exception, she’s mean every. single. time. Management definitely needs to have a word with her about her raunchy attitude toward their paying customers.
