McDonald’s in Aberdeen, New Jersey is a great location very convenient and easy to get to. The food is always fresh, and the employees are consistently friendly and welcoming. It’s clear they care about providing good service, which makes every visit pleasant. A reliable spot for a quick and enjoyable meal.

I placed a pickup order and 15-20MIN later when I arrived the order was not ready, employees were rude and dismissive and I had to wait another 10-15MIN, for fast food that is pretty unacceptable

I do have to say that the service was excellent at McDonald’s. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t. I was expecting piping hot fries, and got lukewarm at best, and to be quite honest their drinks selections are limited. I got a double fish fillet sandwich which was edible. I have to admit the customer service was surprisingly refreshing as I was checked on by the staff, and my food was delivered to my table. I probably won’t be back for the food as much I was I will return for the excellent customer service. Thank you to the staff for their attentiveness and genuine, feeling of caring for the customers.

I placed a breakfast order to be delivered while they were still serving breakfast. I get a confirmation with driver name license plate and eta. Then I'm get, "oops we're finding you another driver" message, then a new name license plate and ETA. Then again same thing we're getting you a new driver, new name, license plate, ETA. This is going on for 45 minutes. Finally I jump in the car and go to McDonald's to just pick up my order, when they tell me that I missed the time to order breakfast. I explained I ordered at like 10:15 and just waiting for my order this whole time when they said, "oh no, if you do it through the app we don't get it until later". It's your app, I ordered from the McDonald's app, you told me you're getting me a driver. No warning whatsoever that my order was goi

This restaurant is the closest one to me, otherwise I would never come here again. One out of every 2 times that I have ever come to the restaurant, my order is never correct or there’s entire items missing. I always have to go back or they put my name in a book. I should be in the book 3000 times. Best recommendation I can give for this one is to avoid it and go to the one on Rt. 35 in Hazlet.
