McDonald's

Curbside at this location clearly isn’t being monitored. I ordered through the McDonald’s app from the parking lot, checked in with my curbside spot number, and waited about 15 minutes with no update and no one checking the curbside spots. I eventually had to go inside to ask about the order, and the entire process ended up taking about 45 minutes. Once I went inside, the staff did make the order quickly, which I appreciate, but the curbside system clearly failed here. To make matters worse, my daughter’s fries were missing from the order. If curbside pickup is offered, it should actually be monitored so customers aren’t left waiting in the parking lot without realizing their order isn’t being worked on.

I ordered through drive thru today for my lunch break. Person taking my order wouldn’t let me finish ordering without her saying, “anything else” after each item I ordered. Then, when I got back to work I saw they had given nuggets that were still raw and fries that looked old. Very disappointed, I spend money and time only to be disappointed and without eating for lunch today. Spoke to a manager Emelda, she was very nice and apologetic. She wanted to replace my items but I requested a refund instead.

I usually go to this McDonald's regularly, and they are usually on point. However, whoever was working the window two today from 9:45 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. was bad. Our sweet teas looked like they had a little bit of tea with a ton of water and ice added, making them taste horrible. We had to remind the cashier that we were missing a drink. They handed it to us rudely without apologizing.

Visiting from out of state. Wasn’t expecting much from McDonald’s, but we were all very impressed. Probably the best McDonald’s food and service we’ve seen. The Daily Double was delicious, juicy, flavorful and fresh. Food was brought to our tables in polite manner. Very impressed.

Thanks for the 6 piece nuggets I had to wait 10 min for and also a regular big mac combo. Cat needs to be around more the mice aren’t doing their job right. Last time I order from here
