McDonald's

I love this McDonald's, I do not care where I am living in Northwest Ohio - I will ALWAYS make the trip to come to this McDonald's. The establishment is always clean and orderly (even the bathrooms!), Food is always hot and Fresh, and drinks are always cold and filled properly. The drive-through moves at an appropriate speed. I don't know what it is about this McDonald's, but KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! If I were a regional for this McDonald's / area I'd give that whole team a raise!

My past 2 visits have been less than pleasant. On Aug 28th I was asked to pull into the drive through parking spot. I then proceeded to wait 30 minutes before I had to flag the employee down bringing out orders in order to get mine. Tonight my family was in the drive through and we're asked to wait a moment for our order to be taken. 15 minutes later and 2 cars that had arrived after us in the other lane, and we still had not been served.

Hannah with the pink hat served us with a great attitude and provided us with a great experience! With so much lack of customer service at many establishments, Hannah goes above and beyond for her customers. We will certainly be returning to this location.

Stopped for my little one to use the bathroom, clean. She asked for a happy meal, of course 😏 they had it ready by the time I walked from the kiosk to the counter. Nice job 9 o'clock shift.

I go to McDonald’s before my 12 hr shift and Ive never left in a bad mood. They’re always quick making my order (which is still very hot when I open the bag) they always have a nice attitude and smiles on their face. I wish I knew the girl who gives me my foods name because she is genuinely super sweet and kind.
